Excellent customer service.
My review is not about the jeans themselves, because unfortunately I was sent the wrong pair. They sent me a completely different style and size than what I ordered.
My item was final sale, but I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue even though it was final sale. Customer service was excellent—I was extremely satisfied.

disappointing
Not even close to the color on the photo. The item I received is more like a dirty fade color/wash. And even though I ordered one size up from my usual, I couldn’t even get it over my knee.
