Poor Packaging Very Unprofessional
I recently ordered from [Brand Namel, and while I was excited to receive my purchase, I was extremely disappointed with the packaging. The item arrived in poor condition due to flimsy, careless packaging that did not protect it properly. It looked unprofessional, as if no effort was put into ensuring a safe and presentable delivery.

I did a pick up for the dress and didn’t look at it until I got home. The removable slip was missing and the stitching on the front was ripped. This dress was definitely worn and returned.
