Puff sleeves
I bought this dress for my daughter. I purchased both the M/18 and L/20 in case it ran small. She typically wears an 18 and this was true to size. The M/18 fit great. However I returned the dress because the sleeves have a high puff at the shoulder that is not flattering if you have wide shoulders like my daughter. The model’s hair in the pictures hid this feature.

cheap feeling
This dress is horrible. It clings in the wrong places. The material is scratchy and cheap feeling. The shoulder pads re not a good look. There just isn’t anything redeeming about this dress. Disappointed because I normally love City Chic dresses.
