Aida Sleeveless Maxi Dress

Bought as a backup to an event for which I was prepared to spend 3-5x as much. After hemming and hawing about my other option--which had me struggling for shapewear options, i slipped this one on and it was simple, easy, and striking (in blue). All you need is a good strapless bra and the rest of the dress will just glide over any trouble spots. I ordered one size up from what I thought I needed and I think it helped the pleats drape over certain areas better. The halter neck and back is cut pretty far in but untoned arms dont bother me that much :). It was also floor length on me (at 5'3 with 2inch ish heels) but I think that helped it seem more formal. Still, for the price, it leaves room in the budget for alterations. Thinking of getting the black as a standby for any occasion.
