Defective
They sent out these shoes and they were defective. I dont know whom in the warehouse is not paying attention to what theyre sending out, but this is not acceptable, when i have to waste my time taking them back to the store. Very dissatisfied

because of the shape of the shoe that sizing is off so if you are a exact 7 in heels or open toe shoes go for the
