hurt at ankle
There is a hard material, that pushed I to my ankle. They looked super cute on and you could tell they would stay up, but sadly the pain in the ankle couldn’t make these work.

Definitely over the knee
This shoe is comfortable for me to wear. I did size 1/2 up. I'm usually a 6.5, so I bought a 7. Perfect fit! They are truly over the knee. It goes up and over my knee at least 5-6 inches. I am 5'2 for reference. I've worn them with jeans so far and they stay up. I don't know how they fare on bare legs. My thighs are pretty average sized for my body type (not super skinny or thick). I weigh about 125 with toned thighs.

If you’re slim and concerned about boots not fitting your legs, these boots are the solution! They aren’t the most fitting boots, but they won’t fall.

Love them
They fit true to size. They’re extremely cute and easy to walk in. My only issue is they kept sliding down regardless of how tight I tied the strings. I have very skinny legs though so I can’t really blame that on the shoes.
