Not for short people
Not sure if it's my height (5'2"), but the fit was off. There is a huge pouch of material right at the arch of my back, and another pouch at my stomach, making me look frumpy. Not flattering. The velvet material is pretty and the scallop detail around the neckline is nice, but the inside material is scratchy.
