I saw this in my local store on a mannequin. It was styled as a duster with jeans and a tee underneath. It was the only one left. It was the one item that caught my eye that would be fun to wear and style in the fall. I immediately came home to order.

I should have read the reviews – but I didn't, so I'm writing one for you instead. This dress is huge. It's totally shapeless, has bulky pockets at the hips, and looks like a nightgown. Not what I was shooting for. The only good thing I can say is that the fabric is soft and has a nice drape to it.

Larger than life dress
I love this brand and anything denim. I will have to belt this dress as it is huge on me. I wear a medium in most things. I’d recommend to size down. I’m keeping it since I work with children, so the extra room (belted) is fine.

Potato sack
I have previously purchased Caslon tunic shirts (which I love and are so easy!) that I thought would be a similar enough cut to this dress. Those were a large, so I ordered a large. I am 5’4” and 170. Well, this dress absolutely ballooned out in the hips and basically everywhere, leaving me looking like a glorified blue potato sack. Just awful. Sizing down could help, but I am just going with a return.
