Poor delivery service.
The delivery company was untrustworthy.
They claimed they could not leave the package at 10:30 PM because no one was home. This happened on Two nights in a row. I live in a residential neighborhood. Private home. The porch lights were on. The yard lights were on. The interior house lights were on. We have a ring door bell that showed no one came to the house. The driver lied. Probably decided to quit for the day, stopped at a bar, and then marked that we were not home. I call Nordstrom and when I gave my order/tracking info, the customer service agent know who the driver was.
