Crooked/bent

Burberry
I ordered online and I picked it up at the store. Took it home and tried and the whole frame is broken crooked . Was disappointed why Nordstrom still sell those broken sunglasses . I went to the store and found another similar sunglasses and I asked if I can exchange . Store clerk said no . I ended up returning and I hope it should have not sold
