Slim Fit Piqué Polo

This one one of 2 Brooks Brothers shirts I recently ordered for my husband. They arrived in separate boxes on different days. One was folded neatly and in an intact plastic bag. The one that arrived today was barely folded (partially rolled in a ball?) and in a ripped plastic bag. It is very wrinkled, and has both scattered lint and plant material on it (looks like dried grass). The box was fully intact and without signs of tampering. What happened here? I don’t expect perfection from Nordstrom Rack and I appreciate the timely shipping; however, some minimal effort to make a new item look somewhat presentable seems like a reasonable expectation. Happily, the shirt itself is as expected - good quality, nice color, intact tags and no indication of wear. It was a good value, as well. Assuming it fits my husband, which it should, I see no reason to send it back. I will wash it first, though!
