Novelty 53mm Round Sunglasses

I ordered a pair of these, and the glasses were good quality and cute. However, Nordstrom Rack did not send the correct case. It came with a generic black hardbody case. Per Nordstrom Rack's website, it was pictured that the sunglasses should arrive with a white hard body sunglass case with a gold plate on the front that has the Boucheron name. Considering the original retail price for these sunglasses is $800, and because the case was specifically pictured on the Nordstrom Rack website, I would expect to receive what is pictured on the website. When I first contacted Nordstrom Rack's chat, I was told they couldn't guarantee that the proper case would be provided, and that I could order a second pair to see if that pair arrives with the proper case, then return one of the pairs back to Nordstrom Rack. I therefore ordered a second pair. When it arrived today, it came in a generic black sunglass pouch. After utilizing the chat feature, I contacted customer service via phone on 4/6/25. The informed me that they had contacted the store where the sunglasses originated from, gave them my name/phone/email, and told me they would look for the sunglass case and contact me. As I had not heard from them several days later, I called customer service again on 4/10/25. They connected me with the store, who informed me that they didn't have that case, and I could contact a Nordstrom and ask for them to find me one. I then contacted Nordstrom's customer service. They told me that their system did not allow them to see which stores carried this particular pair of sunglasses, and thus could not assist with finding me the case. They stated my option was to go to each Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack to ask if they specifically had that case, and keep doing that until I came to a store that had the correct case. Contacting Boucheron directly is not an option. I even looked online to see if I could find a case, but it would cost me somewhere between $50-100 to buy one.
