Incorrect Description
The description of this sandal clearly states it’s made of leather. It is not. It’s final sale. Customers make buying decisions based on the information in Nordstrom’s description of a product. I can’t imagine that it’s hard to get it right. And the way it was packaged for the mail was ridiculous. I don’t get it.

hard plastic between toe
While this says “B” width (narrow fit for Birks) this is really their normal width (c/d) which I prefer. What I did not like about these was the thong piece made of hard PLASTIC! I’ve owned half a dozen Birks and never any PLASTIC. HORRIBLE design! Returned promptly,

Poor quality packaging and merchandise.
Nooo!!! This review is regarding Nordstrom Rack, I received the shoes and they appear to have been worn. Also were packaged in a beat up Steve Madden shoe box. Horrible promptly returning for a refund.Regarding the shoes size up if possible.
