Good fit and feel / very poor durability
I have a love / hate relationship with these sneakers.
I love the fit. I have a high arch and a wide foot, so Birkenstock's European 43 sizing is perfect for me. I love the feel. These shoes are incredibly comfortable and even look good enough to wear in multiple situations, casual and formal.
I hate the lack of durability. I purchased these shoes in March, 2024, and I am writing this review in August of the same year, just 5 months later, and there are holes forming in the top and sole of the shoe. I'll attach some pictures to show the wear.
I'm afraid I'll need to send these shoes back to Nordstrom for either replacement or refund, as it is unreasonable to expect them to wear out so quickly at this price point.
