Shocking Poor Quality
This device doesn't feel safe to use at all. The grinder creates high pitch noise and after that I saw metal piece in the food! Shocking unsafe to use. I contacted the customer service regarding this experience and they told me there's no return as the purchase was over 30 days. Still, I expected Nordstrom to have a policy regarding appliances that stops working or malfunctioning. So disappointing experience.

Extremely powerful but poor resistance.
Nice powerful beautiful stick blender But sadly it stopped working within 2 minutes of usage as i was using the cup attachment to chop sunflowe seeds.

Grinder attachment started making high pitched
I've had this a little over a year the grinder attachment recently started making a loud high pitched sound (it only happens while using the grinding attachment) everything else works perfectly fine

Versatile!
I have owned several hand blenders, including one from Cuisinart, but this particular model stands out as the most expensive yet most versatile and powerful. I appreciate the inclusion of multiple blades to tackle different tasks and the generous cord length for convenient use. The stand/storage box is a valuable addition, as it is not commonly found with hand blenders and sets this model apart from the competition.
