Weird and cheeply made - do not buy.
I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this device. It is nothing but a hole inside a plastic tunnel, widely open on both sides - so the heat simply comes out from each end. If I could give it a -5 score, I would. I have no idea who the Nordstrom buyer was who made the decision to sell this item in Nordstrom. Definitely item is being returned.

Need more color
Some appliances have a unique charm in their design. Its functionality and ease of cleaning are definite pluses. I am enjoying the perfectly toasted croissant. I wish they have more color option to suit my kitchen.

Work flawlessly
This toaster is absolutely well designed. Used various types of bread, frozen bagels, and pastries, I am happy with the results. Several setting including frozen setting that works flawlessly. This will not burn your your toast to a dark, Make sure you set right setting, comes with well explained instruction.
