A durable, heavy-duty 11" cast iron grill pan and press features a hammered finish. This press cooks both sides evenly, leaving little room for shrinking. It is great for bacon, steaks and paninis! This cast iron set is oven safe up to 400ºF. It has excellent heat retaining abilities and can be used on any heat source.
