Not functional
The pattern is cute but beyond that this top is way overpriced for what it is. It is see through and the hook by the collar does not stay in place so it could unhook at any moment. Also, the hook is silver which looks cheap. I wouldn’t even keep this top if it was 60% off. I love Bec & Bridge but this is an immediate return.
