These shoes are most definitely beautiful, the heel is manageable and I received lots of compliments. They are very stiff out the box, so if needing them for an event, buy well in advance--unlike me that had to have them rushed. However, three stars because the toe box is tight; even for me and I have very narrow feet. When I first tried them on and walked around in them, I could tell that they were going to rub certain areas of my foot. Solution: I bandaged every.single.toe. I don't care. Beauty does not equal pain nor scarred toes in my opinion. Buy, but heed my write up.
