Bamboozled
Where do I begin. I ordered this particular coat. When it arrived it didn’t have a hood on it. I chatted with customer service on two occasions to see what could be done about it. They wanted me to return the jacket and re-purchase at regular price, even tho I bought it on sale. I tried to see if they could just let me exchange it and they wouldn’t. I also asked if they could just send me the hooded part because the coat had buttons inside like there should have been a hood attached. So I just kept the coat even tho it’s not exactly what I ordered. Needless to say I was not pleased about this whole ordeal. I felt as if this could have been handled differently.

Not what I expected
The material is thin and flimsy not a wool like it looks in the photo.. wrinkly and it had shoulder pad’s which isn’t appealing on anyone. The buttons were very cheap looking.Just my 2 cents. I sent it back

Stylish Spring Trench
I ultimately decided to return it as I didn't love the Sage color and I would have liked the "sweatshirt" aspect to have continued around the inner lining for extra warmth. Consider this a spring coat, fits TTS and is stylish; I would buy again in a different color but I wanted one for colder weather. Size S | 5'7" | 140lbs
