Cropped Hooded Puffer Coat

I bought the aqua blue because it was on clearance in-store. It feels flirty and fun, and I love rose gold hardware. If you want this coat to keep you warm though, go down a size. In mid to heavyweight coats I'm usually a L or XL because I'm a 36DDD (between a regular and petite when it comes to torso and bust fit). With this coat, even though the M sleeves were too short with my long arms, I bought the size M instead of the L. I needed the bottom of the coat snugged in closer to my ribcage and back for warmth. When wearing the coat, the pockets are hard to get my hands in. They're big enough for a glove in each pocket and my keys, but not my phone. I have to unzip the coat to access the pockets when I have the coat on. With a crop coat, two zippers (to be able to unzip up one from the bottom while still wearing the coat), and interior-accessed pockets may be better for securing items, including a phone horizontally.

I needed a jacket for traveling, and I purchased it after reading all the reviews and checking the pictures. The original price was about 200 and now 56 dollars which means the item should be at least, in normal shape and quality. The delivery was quick. When I tried it I was shocked. First of all, it is very difficult to use the zipper. The zipper line is wiggling and hard to zip up. Secondly, I am 5.1 with 104 lb, normally wear S or XS, and ordered S according to the reviews, but it's huge and looks bulky, ridiculous. Thirdly, outer the fabric is not right for the jacket. It's very similar to my cotton sheet. Overall, when I wear it, it looks like I cover myself with a comforter. I don't know what to do with this item. Please don't buy it.
