Frumpy
I had high hopes for this dress, but unfortunately, it's frumpy and plain. It fits more like a sack than an hourglass silhouette. The piping at the bottom prevents the dress from flowing and creates more of like a bubbled hem than anything. It's a pretty color and well made but I will be returning. As a note, I thought it ran true to size.
