Tesni Sleeveless Dress

This design is absolutely stunning with the high slit and intricate back! However, the workmanship could be better. The inside seam of the V-neck near my collarbone was wonky, so you could see maybe 1/4-1/2 inch of the non-pleated fabric that was supposed to be the interior of the dress, which bugged me. It's possible I just got a defective one, but in general the dress felt sort of cheaply made for the price tag. When you hook the front closed instead of wearing it as a super deep V the metal hooks show through. I would have sewn that part shut if I wanted to keep the dress, and it would have looked fine. Size-wise, I am petite and pear-to-hourglass. Sometimes I need a size small for my hips, but the XS fit better. I was hoping for a slightly more vibrant color in person, but that's just my preference. I like bright colors, so maybe it'd work for someone who wants a more muted color. I think the shoulders might fit a little better on someone of average height. I wanted it to work, but back it goes!
