Argyle Pom Cardigan

The video says this sweater is mid-weight but it is heavier, pretty warm -- not bulky, though. Love the cables and pom poms. I prefer to wear it as a cardigan for 3 reasons: 1. I found it a bit scratchy. 2. When buttoned with the loops, the front doesn't fully close, so it looks like you are popping your buttons, especially since the sweater is stretchy and close-fitting anyway. 3. As another reviewer said, it is hard to button and unbutton -- you kind of have to pick one and stick with it. I am 5'6", 130 lbs, 36 C, usually a small or medium but I got a large, which is the right length and shape and works with an underlayer. I took off one star because the label says to dry clean. Even if I gamble and hand wash briefly and carefully, it will be extra trouble.

I have a couple of complaints about this sweater. Quality of thread, design , color and usability aren't among them. I wear a 38DD bra and a size 9 bottom. I have to have This wouldn't fit a size 10 on top with or without wide shoulders. It's too croppy as well, an inch longer would have made all the difference. I Love the weight of this cardogan, it's heavy. Anyway, these two complaints aside, when I unwrapped it to try it on, the buttons were still hooked around the substantial thread button loops. Getting the buttons undone from the loop was not pleasant nor easy. I finally used a seam rippers' balled end to pull safely, the threads over the button so I could even try it on. I sent it back mostly due to the teeny fit.
