Very Disappointed with My Order
This was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a dress from NordstromRack app - it was in stock at the time of purchase. But they sent me a completely different dress. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was actually out of stock and offered to start a return. I can handle a return by myself though the app, that’s not the issue. What really upset me was being treated like I wouldn’t notice or question it . It felt like they tried to brush it off as normal. I feel misled and very frustrated. I expected better from NordstromRack . If the item was out of stock, there was no need to send me a completely different one. Besides, the item was still showing in stock even three days after I placed my order.
