- The SweetFoam™ midsole is made with sugarcane-based EVA, a carbon-negative alternative to EVA foam derived from petroleum. The sugarcane is sourced from southern Brazil, where it relies on rainwater, not irrigation. It’s sourced according to rigorous standards jointly developed by Proforest and Braskem, and the farms are audited by a third party. AllBirds is allowing its Carbon Footprint tools to be open source rather than proprietary, so it can make a difference in the shoe industry as a whole

All day on my feet
No breaking in, instant comfort. I work as a nurse and these shoes help me to get through long shifts. I have two other different styles on Allbirds with the same experience.

Very comfy casual shoe
Very happy with this purchase! They don’t have 1/2 sizes and I’m normally an 8. 5 but got a 9 and they fit great! They are also super comfortable without having to break-in.

Good
These are a good value if you buy them on sale. Nice fit, nice color. I don’t know if I would pay full price. They are great for people with wide feet.

A little narrow for me
They are very nice shoes but I could have used a little more room across toes.
I have bunions by each big toe otherwise I would wear a regular medium.

Just not right
The shoe feels too small for my usual size. It rubs in places and just isn’t a comfortable fit.
