I am 5’6” 123”. I usually were 26 or 27. I ordered 26 which were too big. They are below the waist which I liked and hit below the ankle. Returned because of being too large and I wanted them to hit me at the ankle.

Cute Style/Odd fit
I typically wear a 26, except in Citizens of Humanity (24-25) I’m 5’7’, ~ 128, for reference), sized down to a 25 per other reviews. The fit is a bit off, they seem more high rise on me then mid-rise and snug around the waste but too large elsewhere.

Flattering fit, quality denim
I got the size 29, fit me perfectly, just a wee bit long but I can wear boots to fix that. I’m 5’4” The denim is a substantial weight and has a nice quality feel, not thin and stretchy. I love these and would buy in another color.

I adore these. They are oversized compared to my other AG Ex-Boyfriend jeans. They look like the great jeans I wore in the 1970s—the men’s 501 classics. The ones I had to beat up and wash 25 times to get them to look like this.
