Will try to reorder smaller size, slipped out of shoe while walking in church, even with an insole. Order 1/2 to 1 size smaller? Beautiful shoe just runs big

Great fitting shoes!

Large in the Heel
I received these shoes in the mail today. I love them! Very cute and stylish. However, my heels slip out of the back of the shoes. I’m keeping them because they’re still comfortable. I will take the heels to my shoe whiz at my local mall to help with the extra room.
