I’m typically a medium and wouldn’t size down from a larger. Runs small in my opinion. Love the jacket for the color and cut but it was thinner than other jackets I have like this.

Tight and Thin Material
This jacket runs very small. I normally get a XM to small in athlesiure jackets, but this one is tight and the material is very thin.

So disappointed:\
Out of my entire order, I was mostly excited for this jacket. Ugh, what a disappointment. First, let me start by saying if you order this jacket, ORDER A SIZE OR TWO UP!! It is tiiight! I wear an L or XL in everything. This fits more like a S/M. I feel like I'm squishing my ribs in it. And leaving it unzipped looks ridiculous because it looks like it's way too small. Next, I have long arms... longer than your average arms. The sleeves are long, meaning the thumbholes sit weirdly. Like, everything about this jacket is awkward. If the size was the only issue, I'd return and get an I don't know... 4XL lol But dag, I think it'll be a return for me. The fit is just unbelievably off on this one!

As everyone says, it runs small
SO, if you see the skinny models and the fit of the jacket on them, THAT IS how this jacket fits. If this isn't your body do not buy the small. Small has a very fitted waist, nice long tight arms (I did like that part) and shoulder seams where they should be. Shorter than I wanted in the size small (I'm 5'7" long waisted). I bought both the M and S and still cannot decide which one I'm keeping because each size has size issues for me. Length and waist in small is what I want but the rest of the Med looks too big. I don't think this brand is for me as I tried their yoga flare leggings too and they were for a short gal. I'm usually a small in leggings and had to size up to Medium. I will pass on 90 Degree Reflex clothing from now on.
