It was a gift for my daughter, she loved it. My daughter boasted that the boots wear very comfortable and easy to put on.

Very disappointed

I did not receive the boots I ordered. Received a totally different style boot and size as well. Very disappointing as I was expecting the boots to be the right ones to wear to a function 5 days after receiving them. No message that they did not have the correct boot to fulfill my order, just sent a random pair!?!
