Made from a breathable and lightweight Tencel® lyocell upper, this flexible knit shoe is fitted with responsive SweetFoam® cushioning to keep you moving in comfort.
- Lace-up style
- The SweetFoam™ midsole is made with sugarcane-based EVA, a carbon-negative alternative to EVA foam derived from petroleum. The sugarcane is sourced from southern Brazil, where it relies on rainwater, not irrigation. It’s sourced according to rigorous standards jointly developed by Proforest and Braskem, and the farms are audited by a third party. AllBirds is allowing its Carbon Footprint tools to be open source rather than proprietary, so it can make a difference in the shoe industry as a whole

Poor quality is bumming experience
Unfortunately, this shoe has broken on me twice. The first time was on the first wear, and I was able to get an exchange fairly easily. The second time was about three months into the second pair. Both times, the pull strap on the back of the shoe ripped out, which also messed up the structure of the heel. Real bummer because this used to be one of my favorite brands.

Love them
So impressed with the fit and comfort of these shoes. My wife wears All Birds and has always mentioned about the comfort of her All Birds. I was a ASICS user prior to these. Now I can tell you that All Birds are now my brand choice.

Needs some work
The shoes should have a tongue. As constructed now, the material bunches up over the center of the foot when the laces are tied. Also meeds a bit more cushioning from the midsole. On the positive side, i like that the outsole covers almost all the bottom of the shoe; makes for a good feel underfoot

My favorite Allbirds style
I love the Tree Gliders. They’re the most supportive of the styles of Allbirds that I own (and I have five different styles) and are in the top two for comfort. Just bought another version of these (light brown) to provide more versatility when I’m teaching.

I’m sold on Airbirds!
These Airbirds Tree Guiders are the most comfortable athletic/casual footwear I have ever owned! Every time I wear them I tell my wife how amazed I feel wearing them! They are like walking on air. They are now my “go to” footwear. Better than Sketchers!
