Sloppy Shipping and damaged product
Bought these shoes twice. The size 7, which is my typical size in heeled sandals was too small and it looked like my heel was slightly hanging off back of shoe. Returned and ordered 7.5 which fit perfectly but shoes were shipped loose with cardboard inside a thin shipping bag and it appeared the cardboard pieces scratched up the metallic color on the footbed of one shoe during transit. Very disappointed as I really like the look and feel of the shoe. It looks like NR put the size 7 I purchased back in online stock. Those shoes also had small scratch defects on footbed.
