Quality of customer service Disappointing!!
Received my two pairs of shoes extremely scuffed, just thrown in box with no original packaging to protect the shoes. Nordstrom...why would you ship items with no care what so ever! These shoes look worn!! Going back!

good work heel
These aren’t crazy high. I wore them all day at work, although I spend most of my day sitting. The coconut cream is a pretty white. I recommend them. They have a little space in the back - but the strap makes it fine.

Really nice
I am usually a 7 in this brand and I sized down to a 6.5. Awesome heels. Super comfortable when walking & for fun, I also jumped, danced & ran. I was able to do all things. The front is just the right size. Even a lady complimented the shoes when I was trying them on at the store. The cushion is perfect for my feet. I go to zumba classes during the week. Vc did not dissapoint. I love them.

Liyba Ankle strap
purchased both the black and white pairs. Unfortunately, they arrived very poorly packaged — it looked like they were just thrown into the box. When I tried them on, the white pair felt tight in the front and were uncomfortable to walk in. The black pair had the same issue, and when I walked, the heel felt unstable, almost like it was going to break. Sadly, I had to return both pairs, and I regret not taking pictures of how they arrived or of the black pair, which already had some discoloration.
