First of all these shoes are women's not men like the advertisement online, second are size 41 (Europe) not size 11 mens, the biggest problem is that are sold as new item, which clearly are not, you can see it on my pictures, even then I got hold of customer service on a chat, the guy helping me just told me to return them, that won't fit the problem because they probably are going to send them to someone else, because is the only pair they had on this model, anyways I told customer service that I like them and would keep them if I bought them as a used item not new, and he told me to return them anyways, men this the worst experience I have had in a long time, with buying anything online anywhere.
