Back fell apart after under 2 months of light wear
Wore these on an Italy trip in August just after purchase with no problem, but one month later, after walking one mile in New York, the back heel literally just ripped apart and is not repairable. They are just outside of the 45 day return policy and there is no clear way to lodge a formal complaint about the quality to get a refund so… here is my complaint and warning to future shoppers.
