Nordstrom Rack do better
I received the shoes, but to my disappointment, they arrived without any packaging and appeared to be pre-owned. Upon trying them on, I discovered that the security tag was still attached. This is quite perplexing.

Nordstrom advertised this as a mens shoe. Its not.
Horrible false advertisement of a product. Clearly stated as mens and it is a womens shoe. And now its sold out and we cannot get the correct size due to your companies lack of due diligence.
