poor condition and service
Shoes came in very poor condition, has layers and layers of old stickers, didn’t look new at all. Unfortunately, by the time I received them, my size was sold out. Talked to customer service and they only offered a free return label. Didn’t even ask for photos or a slight discount.

cute shoes but delivery damaged
Similar to what another customer said these came delivered in a bag - no box, not even individually wrapped. Completely unacceptable I think. The front of one shoe is scratched. One shoe also has some wear on the bottom. Unfortunate because I think the shoe is cute.
