Poor quality product
Looks like they sent me a used product that is chipped everywhere. They would let me return without a guarantee of payment, credits or even the product back if they don't accept the return since I bought it on a sale.

upgrade to larger size
I usually wear a 9-9.5. They do run a little smaller than what I’m used to. Comfy fit, do recommend getting a larger fit just in case but all in all, pretty good for a standard sandal.
