Gross and dirty sole
This pair of Stuart Weitzman sandal for $179 arrived with hair stuck to the sole (gross) dirt, and scratches. How could Nordstrom allow such shoddy merchandise for which they charge a pretty price, be shipped to customers. Yuk!
