Dallas Slide Sandal (Women)

I have been looking for a flat, go with most black sandal (slip on). I tried this on and was sold. I have pretty normal size 8 fit and probably could have done an 8 1/2 as I’m right at the edge but I like it that way for when it stretches as all leather does. So cute and very versatile with a matte finish.

I wore these sandals just once for a walk around the city, and when I got home, I noticed that the leather at the front was already scuffed and damaged, and the sole looked terrible — all after just one wear. This is definitely not normal for shoes that cost $150. I contacted customer support, and they told me to return to the store (Downtown Seattle) where I purchased them and point out the defect. They assured me I would get a refund even though the sandals had been worn. But when I went to the store, the staff refused to accept the return. I contacted customer support again, and they suggested I try visiting other stores to return the sandals, which honestly sounded ridiculous. In the end, I wasted $150 for just one use. The sandals are comfortable, but the leather is very delicate, and the sole is weak. I do not recommend them.
