Originally ordered a 10. Since I have 2 other pairs of Vince in 10. The 10 was wide and my heal slipped. Entirely too big. Exchanged for a 9.5. They fit. Slightly snug, but not uncomfortable and no heal lift. I think because it’s a high top it’s fits a bit bigger. I am keeping them. Love they are not bright white! Great Shoe Nice quality
