Go up 1/2 to 1 size more
These shoes are really nice but way too small for my normal size 8.5 feet. The toe bed is too narrow and the elastic rubs the back of my heel. After 5 hours, I had to remove my thin no-show socks for flats and put bandaids on both of my heels. I would not recommned them unless you go up 1/2 to 1 size more.

rubbed blisters into the back of my heel

Really love these so far. I could have probably worn my normal size 8, but I was in such a need for these that I will not try to swap them. They are so cute and will go with so many of my new outfits. Not so fond of the caps on the tassels but they are OK. I am sure they will get plenty of use in Paris next week. I'm not usually fond of dress shoes of any type so when I saw these I was so happy with the look. Loved them when they got here and I tried them on! I hope they live up to my expectations on the trip!

Not bad fitting, but ugly
Given the price, I ordered these hoping they'd work out. But the bows are really ugly. My big toes hit the top of the toe box which is kind of shallow. They seem pretty true to size, well-padded, but maybe a touch narrow. Just too ugly for me.
