Wave Rebellion Flash Running Shoe (Women)

I ordered this shoe in a size 9. I received it in a size 8. NR doesn't do exchanges, so I had to return the first pair and order another pair. Again, I received an 8 instead of the 9 that I ordered. Again, I was told to return and re-order. Each time, I pay almost $100 and have to wait for the refund from the previous pair. These shoes look great, but I haven't yet been able to actually try them in my size. I'm skeptical about ordering them a third time; clearly, they are in the wrong spot in the warehouse, and until someone there notices, they will keep sending an 8 instead of a 9. I called CS and spoke with Demetrius, who was very apologetic but said all I could do was return and re-order, and they'd send a notification... to someone, with no guarantee that anyone could fix this. This is just ridiculous. I'd hoped to write to NR CS, but cannot find a contact email address. I'm writing this review to warn others that there's a good chance you will not receive the size you order.
