damaged box and dirty shoe bag
I got damaged box and also dirty shoe bag. I used 6 nordy notes when I checkout out but when it’s shipped only 5 were applied. So I was charged an extra $30. I called Nordstrom credit card 866-445-0433, they saw the problems but they can’t see the details and I have to call Nordstrom rack. Ok fine. I called Nordstrom rack
888-966-6283 and they acknowledged the problem but they can’t fixed it on their end so they have to transfer me to Nordstrom credit…so I use the “message” on Nordstrom card they came back with an attitude and ignored the one nordy note and wrongfully assume my credit card as nordy notes. Merry go around for $30 notes which they failed to applied on my order when shipped and no solution. Mediocre customer service with no accountability and senses of responsibility with the culture of “not my job attitude”.

What a Shame

Hard and Stiff
I was so looking forward to receiving this shoe. I purchased a size 6/8 women’s in black. The shoe was disappointing in quality extremely stiff more like plastic. The tongue of the shoe cut into my ankle just trying them on. They were also about 1/2 size too small.

Summer shoe
Great colab shoes that I hope sticks around for a while. This is just a comfortable as any Samba but the cream look allows me to style it with a lot of my lighter clothes this summer.

Nice shoes just run very small. I’ve never had to return anything back but to see all the unnecessary fees is literally ridiculous. It’s like punishing the customers for returning. I was told that I’d have to pay the shipping fee of $9.95 but to charge and extra shipping fee plus tax definitely makes me not to want to return!
