disappointed in quality
I have other J&M shoes and the quality is always excellent, except for these shoes. They had a good idea to line the inside of the shoes for comfort but what it does is to create an unusual stress on the leather on top of the shoe where it should typically crease when you walk. I always crease my shoes properly. This causes the leather to make a "pop" noise when you are walking as the leather will crease incorrectly. Could not get it to stop or crease correctly. Had to return them. Is this a defect or I just got unlucky? Just wanted to let others know of this concern. Again, I have never had issues with any other J&M's and will always choose this brand over other similar brands.
