Scuffed and no box
These shoes arrived just wrapped in a plastic bag, and with no shoe box, so the mail lady just stuffed them in my mailbox. I opened them to see there was a huge scuff on one of the shoes. It was so obvious that there is no doubt in my mind whoever filled the order, saw it and just didn't care. Immediately contacted customer service who gave me a qr code to return. So Now I am out the time, gas money, and packing tape to ship a defective item that shouldn't have been sent to me in the first place. Terrible customer service.

Shoes are very cute on and the color is beautiful. Size fit perfect and l am a true 10. I scuffed the toe a little bit so be careful, it scuffs easily.
