Emery Low Top Sneaker (Women)

The sneakers arrived inside a brown box. There was nothing else in the box. The shoes were obviously worn as the soles were dirty . I contacted Nordstrom to file a complaint. I returned the shoes to the store the same day I received them and the store refused to raccept them as a return. They stated they were wormed. The reason for my return. I now have to mail the sneakers back to the store. This is an inconvenient. Nordstrom Rack should do better.The sneakers had a dirty red return label on the bottom.

These are so much prettier and shinier in person than in the picture! If you are a Vionic fan, get them. The reduced price is half of the similar pair on Vionic’s website. These do have the logo that announces, “I wear orthopedic shoes, (iykyk), but they are so pretty I don’t care. Very good quality, too. Great buy!

I really tried to like these sneakers, because they look great and have excellent arch support. I just couldn't make myself keep them, though, because the insoles are incredibly hard and uncomfortable. My feet started to hurt after just a few minutes of wearing them around my carpeted house. There was zero cushion, so it felt kind of like walking on concrete with arch support. The closest thing I could compare it to was the firmness of Birkenstocks if Birkenstocks were made of brick instead of cork. It's also worth noting that these shoes are extremely narrow. My feet are of average width, and it was barely comfortable width-wise.
