failed material
I love Cole Haan sneakers. They are so comfortable and stylish. The huge problem with these pair first the laces that it came with ruptured after the the third use and nothing guaranteed the laces. The second most important I bought the nubuck cleaner it recommended and it totally stained the shoe. And I’ve used this cleaners before on other shoes. Now my shoes look blotchy. I would love some one to reach out to me about this.

Dissatisfied - wrong item sent - no accountability
I ordered this Cole Hann shoe for my husband in the Tan color size 13. I received the color black in a size 10. Totally messed up my order. I returned to the local store who gave just said "Oh"?? She refunded the shoe would not refund me the $10 cost for shipping (when it was Nordstroms fault/error. Terrible experience and terrible service in store.
