I love that this design has no zipper or elastic and is just a sturdy but elegant boot. Out of my usual price range but these go with EVERYTHING and are a comfortable heel height - not clunky or heavy. I like the shaft to be lower-calf on me rather than knee high and I am 5’4” - these hit in a flattering spot. My true size is 5.5 but I go with a 6 in boots for socks which is what I did here. There is plenty of room in these even with my wide toes and thickest socks. No tight spots or interior seams that nick your ankles.
