Slingback Platform Loafer (Women)

The shoe is just what I expected great. I have been searching for a navy shoe for a specific outfit. I love the brand so I was very disappointed when I received my shoes and see that a previous customer review was correct that the upper is man-made materials and not leather as stated in the description. I actually ordered three different pair of navy shoes all I like very much so I haven’t decided yet if I’m gonna send these back just on principal.

I normally wear a 7.5 but found these more comfortable in an eight. I love them, but just read that these loafers are not leather as described. That's a lot of money for synthetic! Not good Nordstrom Rack. That is misleading to your customers and is false information. Needs to be rectified immediately. I've already worn them and probably won't be returned, but customers should be given a credit of some sort. I also purchased the Donald Pliner loafer with a heal. Will be checking the description to see if it's leather or synthetic. No wonder Donald Pliner shoes no longer day "Handmade in Italy".

This may be the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn BUT they are falling apart within the three months of purchase. I’ve already paid a shoe repair store to restitch some of the top stitching and now the elastic area behind the buckle is shredding. Very disappointing for what this shoe costs.
